EMBA全称Executive Master Of Business Administration, 通常译为高级工商管理硕士。

The full name of EMBA is Executive Master of Business Administration.

EMBA是针对企业高级管理者的课程，学员一般由公司推荐，利用业余时间上课，课程内容广泛，理论与实践相结合，其实质是一种具有学位的在职培训。 

EMBA is a course for senior enterprise managers. The students are generally recommended by the company and take classes in their spare time. The course covers a wide range of topics and combines theory with practice, so it is essentially an on-the-job training with a degree.
