Amanda Ferguson earned her Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour at London Business School (2012). Her research focuses on the role of team composition and team processes on team effectiveness. Teaching Areas are Organizational Behavior and Teams. Dr. Ferguson’s work has been published in outlets such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Journal and Human Resource Management Review. Prior to studying at London Business School, Dr. Ferguson earned her B.S./M.B.A. degrees at Missouri State University, and worked as a Senior Sales Representative at Eli Lilly and Company in St. Louis.
